Banana tea

Using some items in your kitchen you can prepare a banana tea drink at any time! This organic banana-filled sleep remedy works wonders and tastes well. How it works?
Bananas, especially peels, are loaded with potassium and magnesium. While magnesium helps prevent sleep disorders, magnesium and potassium work together to help relax muscles. Why sleeping pills are bad

From despair, many of us have resorted to sleeping pills, and with nearly half the population of the United States suffering from insomnia or bad sleep, no wonder. But this is the thing: sleeping pills can not help you in the long term. They provide short-term repair.
